Can I start for free?

Yes. After signing up your account gets free starter credits — no card required. You can test generation before buying anything.

How do I create an account?

Click “Sign up”, enter your email and password, then confirm your email by clicking the link we send you. Email confirmation is required before your first generation.

How do credits work?

Credits are the platform's internal currency. Each generation costs a set number of credits depending on the model (e.g. fast image models cost 1 credit, premium models more; video and audio cost more). You see the current cost when picking a model.

Do credits expire?

No. Purchased credits have no expiry date — use them whenever you want.

How do I buy credits and what payment methods are there?

You buy credits in the panel (Dashboard → Buy credits) by choosing a package. Payments are handled by Stripe — by card, and for payments in PLN also BLIK and Przelewy24. Prices are shown in PLN, USD or EUR.

Will I get an invoice / receipt?

Can I get a refund?

By buying credits (digital content/service) and starting generation, you consent to immediate performance of the service, which by law limits the statutory right of withdrawal. Unused credits and exceptional cases are handled individually as complaints — details in the Terms.

Which AI models are available?

Over 20 image models (incl. the FLUX family, Imagen / Nano Banana, GPT Image, Stable Diffusion, Ideogram, Recraft, Seedream, Qwen), video models (LTX-2, Kling, Seedance) and audio (voiceover and music). You'll find the full list with costs when generating.

Can I upload my own photo and edit it?

Yes. Some models (e.g. image editing, photo→video) accept an uploaded photo as a starting point. You upload the file and the model transforms it according to your description.

How long does generation take?

Accepted Answer

Images and audio are ready in a few to a dozen seconds. Video usually takes a few minutes — it processes in the background and you can refresh the status.

What happens if a generation fails?

If a generation fails for reasons on our side or the model provider's side, the credits charged are automatically refunded to your account.

Who owns the generated files?

You may use generated content in accordance with the Terms and the AI model providers' conditions. You are responsible for the content of your prompts and how you use the results. Note that AI-generated content may be similar to other users' results, and we don't guarantee its exclusivity or eligibility for copyright protection.

Can I use the generated content commercially?

As a rule yes, to the extent allowed by the Terms and each model's conditions. Some models may have extra restrictions — if in doubt about a specific use, contact us.

What am I not allowed to generate?

Illegal content, content infringing others' rights, content depicting sexual violence, material involving minors, hate speech, and misleading content (e.g. deepfakes of real people without their consent) are forbidden. The full list is in the Terms.

How do you protect my data?

Passwords and sessions are handled by a secure authentication provider, payments are processed by Stripe (we don't store your card data), and generated files are kept in private storage accessed via temporary signed links. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Are my prompts and images public?

No. Your generation history is private and visible only to you after logging in. Files are shared via temporary signed links.

How do I delete my account and data?

To delete your account and related data, write to us at the contact address in the Terms. We honour the right to erasure in accordance with GDPR.

Can I use FATTLY from the terminal or an AI assistant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the panel (Dashboard → API keys) you generate a personal API key. With it you can use the command-line tool (CLI) and the MCP server, which connects FATTLY to assistants like Claude or Cursor. Credits come from the same account.

How do I generate an API key?

Go to Dashboard → API keys → “Generate key”. We show the full key only once — copy it and keep it safe. If you lose it, revoke the old one and generate a new one.

Question 21

Is the API key secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We don't store the full key in our database — only its hashed fingerprint. Treat the key like a password: don't share it publicly. You can revoke a key any time in the panel.

I can't log in / I didn't get the confirmation email.

Accepted Answer

Check your spam folder and make sure the email address is correct. You can try resending the confirmation link from the login screen. If the problem persists — write to us.

Question 23

I'm sending too many requests / I see a limit message.

Accepted Answer

For security there's a limit on the number of generations per minute. Wait the indicated number of seconds and try again.

How do I report a bug or get help?

Write to the contact address in the Terms, describing the problem and — if possible — attaching a screenshot. We'll try to help as soon as we can.
