Everything here is AI-generated

All images, video, audio and text you create on Fattly are generated by artificial intelligence. We state this openly so that everyone exposed to the content is informed, in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act.

Using AI models made available by third-party providers, Fattly is the provider of the AI system placed on the market under its own name.

How we mark AI content

• File naming — every file you download is marked with an `ai-generated` label in its name.
• Machine-readable provenance — we are rolling out content credentials (metadata / watermarking, C2PA-style) so outputs are detectable as artificially generated. This layered marking is being completed within the timeline set by the AI Act.
• Visible labels — outputs that can depict real people (face swap, talking avatar) show an on-screen “AI-generated” label.

Deepfakes — your duty to disclose

If you create content that realistically depicts a real person (for example face swap, talking avatar or voice cloning), you act as a deployer under the AI Act. When you publish or share such content, you must disclose that it is artificially generated or manipulated, except for evidently artistic, satirical or fictional works, where disclosure must not spoil the experience.

What is strictly prohibited

• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) of real people.
• Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — zero tolerance.
• Deepfakes of real, living people created without their consent to deceive, defame or defraud.

These uses are prohibited by our Terms and may be illegal. We screen prompts and generated content and block violations; serious cases are reported to the competent authorities.

Models, results and your rights

Fattly integrates AI models from external providers and does not guarantee a specific result. AI-generated content may resemble other users' results. Your rights and responsibilities are described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
